Set Up CacheFly with W3 Total Cache WordPress Plugin
To rewrite URLs in a WordPress website when using CacheFly Reverse Proxy, you can use the W3 Total Cache plugin for WordPress.
Installing and Activating the W3 Total Cache Plugin
To install the W3 Total Cache plugin for your WordPress website:
Log into your WordPress admin dashboard
Click on Plugins and then on Add New
Enter W3 Total Cache in the plugin search field for WordPress to show you this plugin
Click on the Install Now button for W3 Total Cache
After installation, click on the Activate button
Check that the list of installed plugins now includes W3 Total Cache
On the left of the screen, you should also see a Performance menu item.

Rewriting your URLs with W3 Total Cache
After installing and activating the W3 Total Cache plugin via your WordPress admin dashboard, navigate (if necessry to the list of installed plugins.
On the left of the screen, click on or mouse over Performance to expand the list of submenu items
Click on the CDN submenu item
Scroll down to the Configuration: Objects section
In the Configuration: Objects section, enter your CacheFly service URL/subdomain (for example, yourservicename.cachefly.net) in the Replace site's hostname with: field
If you have created a CNAME alias for your CacheFly subdomain, you can use it here as well
Click Save Settings.

Your WordPress HTML source should now be referencing static files from your CacheFly account.
