You can contact CacheFly support for answers to questions and for assistance in making the most of your CacheFly services.

Where to Find Support
To contact CacheFly support:
Log in to the CacheFly portal
Navigate to the Support top-level menu (at the top right of the screen)
Click the Contact Support menu item.
A popup window appears with steps for you to enter your support request.

Using the Support Popup Window
The first step in the popup window will be to select the topic of your support request. The support request topics are:
I have a question about a feature or features: This topic is intended to answer any questions about a feature or features users may have
I'd like a feature or features enabled: Use this topic when a feature or features need to be enabled for an account or service
I'm having issues with a service or services: If you are having issues with your account or services, use this topic
Other / General Question(s): Use this topic if your questions or concerns are not covered in the above topics
Once the relevant topic is selected, please click the Next button and follow the remaining steps to submit your support request.
A confirmatory message is displayed (Message sent with success). A copy of your support request is also sent to the email address in the pop-up window.

Other Options for Contacting Support
CacheFly support contact information is also available from the CacheFly website without logging in to the CacheFly Portal.
Navigate to the page https://www.cachefly.com/support/
Then, use the link provided (mailto: support@cachefly.com) to make your support request.
